2022 – Longterm Crypto investment experiment with 1000 usd

Round two of my $1000 crypto experiment: $50 each into 20 cryptocurrencies in October 2022, with Bitcoin at $19,067.

Today is 13th October 2022 and the price of bitcoin is 19,067$ now. Global macro ecomony is bad right now and somewhat impending a global recession. Personally I had been in stablecoins (thankfully!!) past couple of months but somewhat starting to dip the toes back into crypto investing in little amounts.

So to start, this is a little experiment to invest 50 dollars each into 20 cryptocurrencies (exactly like past experiment I did last year) for a total of 1000 usd. Let’s see how this goes..

  • 13th Oct’22 = 1000 USD
  • 13th Nov’22 = ??
  • 13th Dec’22 = ??

The success/failure of this experiment will probably depend on global economy as stocks & crypto is closely corellated, so let’s see how this goes…
